Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Milus-Watches US (authorized U.S. distributor of Milus watches operating this store) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit this website, create an account or place an order. We handle your information responsibly and in line with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

Data we collect

• Account details you provide when registering: first and last name, e-mail address and phone number.
• A password, which is stored only in a securely hashed form — we never see or store your actual password.
• Billing and shipping addresses you enter at checkout.
• Your order and purchase history.
• Technical data such as device and usage information collected via cookies (only with your consent for non-essential cookies).
• Security and audit records created when you register or sign in: your IP address, browser and device information, preferred site language, the date you gave marketing consent, and the time and IP address of your sign-ins. We use these solely to protect your account, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.
• Aggregate, cookie-less visit statistics: we count unique daily visitors and product-page views using a one-way daily-rotating code instead of storing your IP address or setting any cookie — these numbers cannot be traced back to you.

How we use your data

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, manage your account, provide customer care, prevent fraud, comply with our legal and accounting obligations and — only where you have consented — to send you news about new releases and offers. We never sell your personal data.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and are never stored on our servers; we only receive confirmation of payment and the billing information needed to fulfil your order.

Cookies and sessions

We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in to your account, and your browser's local storage to remember your shopping bag. These are required for the site to function properly. Any non-essential or analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which you can manage at any time via the cookie banner.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Records of completed orders are retained for as long as required to meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. If you have an account, you can do this yourself at any time: sign in and go to your account to edit your details, download a copy of your data, or permanently delete your account. You may also contact us to exercise these rights or to object to processing.
