Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your Milus. If a timepiece is not right for you, it can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

• The watch must be unworn and in its original, undamaged packaging.
• All protective stickers, tags and accessories must be included.
• The warranty card and any documentation must be returned with the watch.

How to return

Contact our client care team to request a return authorisation. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions for insured return.

Once we receive and inspect your watch, your refund is issued to the original payment method within five business days.
